Two questions. Two levels.

Scope of application is the starting point.
The reporting duty has its own conditions.

Since 1 October 2026, the AMLA has also covered certain advisory activities. For lawyers and notaries, suspicious activity reporting additionally requires assessment of transaction execution and protection under Art. 321 SCC.

The check distinguishes these levels and expressly identifies unresolved classifications. Professional assessment and approval remain with the responsible person.
